The Elena Berezkina Foundation for Visual Art Support, “Era” was launched in 2006 for the development of Russian contemporary art as a part of the world artistic process, and for the support of initiatives in culture and arts.
The Foundation supports the following projects:
a. The study of the history of Russian and international contemporary art.
b. Implementation of programs for the support of the development of visual arts.
The Foundation’s activities are:
a. Arranging the thematic and personal exhibitions in its own exposition hall and other venues, both in Russia and abroad;
b. Organising discussions and seminars, cine- and video- screenings;
c. Giving lectures;
d. Collecting art works of both Russian and international artists;
e. Publication of catalogues of exhibitions, analytical texts, videotape recording of lectures, etc.
